 Our specially designed H line of coatings greatly reduce the migration of hydrogen ions through the coating. This greatly reduces hydrogen embrittlement and losses.  The H line is also highly effective against carbonic and sulphuric acids.

Corrosion is where we started since almost all pipelines experience corrosion to some degree.  Our X1 coatings are lab and field proven to completely prevent corrosion due to the impermeability of the coating in harsh environments such as salt caverns brine extraction. 

 Our coatings can withstand operating temperatures up to 350°C, much higher than the best epoxies, without any degradation.  Higher temperature protection is also available.

 Unlike alternative coatings, all AmpClad coatings are fully inorganic, VOC-free and completely safe both during application and operation.  The  coatings are certified safe for potable water, wastewater and other systems.
